We also ensure that any other technology you are using is properly integrated with HubSpot and continually make recommendations to clients when we find new software that can integrate with HubSpot and help you better reach your goals or overcome your challenges.
You'll be provided access to a HubSpot-Certified Developer who will be able to assist you in tackling any bug fixes and minor change requests that come up. They can also help coordinate with HubSpot support when it's a bigger issue outside of your, or our, control. This typically covers tasks that take less than 30 minutes and is limited to one task at a time. (PSD design or development of pages will need to be approached as projects).
There’s nothing worse than being stuck working with a company who you don't gel with - that will never happen here. We only ask for 30 day's notice. This will also ensure you will never fall into the trap of 12 month plans or be incapable of reacting quickly within an ever changing environment.
Absolutely. If you believe a different plan would be better suited for your needs, we’re flexible. If you decide down the road that you'd like to meet more frequently or need advanced reporting (or anything else that's not in your current plan), your Digital Marketing Advisor will talk through what would be the best fit.
Our onboarding and implementation plan ensures that you will get the maximum value out of our services. Skipping the digital marketing health check would only hurt our partnership down the road since we wouldn't have a clear understanding of how your efforts have been working to date and whether your challenges are due to inaccurate data or something larger.

As part of your on boarding and implementation we will meet to talk through and collectively agree on the challenges, requirements and goals for your business and in turn we'll build out reporting dashboards to make it easy to track those things. We'll also provide our own suggestions or recommendations based on what we found from your Digital Marketing Health Check.
Your advisor will spend the time during those sessions presenting you with relevant data and recommendations so that you can focus on the most relevant marketing activities. They are also available to answer any higher-level strategic questions you might have, whether that's about upcoming marketing efforts you have planned or helping suggest specific approaches to get the best returns. Your advisor might even suggestion other complimentary software that integrates with your MarTech stack that would help you reach your goals.
The primary goal of strategic advisement sessions are to help you uncover the most effective use of marketing resources and technology. You will be provided valuable insight and recommendations to make sure you are focusing on the most impactful areas of marketing and get more out of your marketing budget and resources. We want to help make sure you are focusing on the 20% of your efforts that are driving 80% of your results.
We feel that frequent sessions allows your team to stay current on trends and changes in your marketing activities and allows you to pivot quickly or reduce spending if you are wasting time and money on marketing activities that aren't driving results.
Having access to your systems allows our team to aggregate your data across multiple platforms and helps remove siloed marketing decisions by having a larger picture of what’s working or what’s not. If we can only view one part of the picture, then we may not be making the most informed recommendations to help you reach your goals.
Because we want to ensure you are getting the most value out of your Advisory subscription each month, some of our recommendations or your requests may need to be approached from a project perspective. Things change quickly with marketing and because we don't necessarily know what you may need in the future, we don't want you to be overpaying each month for something you might not need.

In order to keep our workload steady and ensure we can properly support all of our clients with reaching their goals, we don’t allow items to rollover from month to month.
With expert support and "roadside assistance" you'll have access to your Advisor via email or chat (depending on your subscription). They'll be available to answer any questions or concerns that come up between your advisement sessions, provide you with resources and templates if you need them or can help point you in the right direction.
